Materials You'll Need:

Plywood (3/4-inch thick)
Pine boards (1x4 inches)
Wooden dowels (1/4-inch diameter)

Foldable table hinges
Drawer slides

Wood filler
Paint or stain

Instructions:

1. Build the Cabinet Frame:

* Cut the plywood to form the cabinet sides, top, bottom, and back. * Assemble the frame using 2-1/2-inch wood screws, countersinking the screws flush. * Reinforce the corners with angle brackets for added strength.

2. Install the Fold-Out Table:

* Cut a section of plywood for the fold-out table surface to the desired size. * Attach the table hinges to the bottom of the table surface and the inside of the cabinet. * Ensure that the table folds down smoothly and is supported when extended.

3. Build the Drawers:

* Cut the pine boards to form the drawer sides, front, and back. * Assemble the drawers using 1-1/4-inch wood screws, creating a tight fit. * Install the drawer slides on the cabinet sides and insert the drawers.

4. Add Optional Features:

* Install wooden dowels inside the cabinet to create compartments for brushes, scissors, and other small items. * Attach magnetic strips to the inside of the cabinet doors to hold metal scissors, rulers, and other tools. * Include a pull-out shelf inside the cabinet for storing larger items like fabric or artwork.

5. Finish the Cabinet:

* Sand the cabinet smooth and fill any gaps with wood filler. * Paint or stain the cabinet to match your décor. * Attach drawer pulls to the drawer fronts for easy access.
